First and foremost, you should know that I love reading tweets. I love to RT frequently to share. (Sharing is caring, rite?) #Hashtags tells a whole lot about people, thus I want to share my observation with you. Let's start from the bottom, shall we?

n e v e s.... #tweeple #who #tweet in #Twitter #like #this #should be #sent to #elementary #school
they are most likely suffering from attention seeking disorder with symptoms like bragging, boasting, gaining pity etc.

x i s... clueless about #hashtag this usually happens to beginners and they will outgrow it eventually. didn't you??

e v i f... #hashtag trend-setter extremists, enthusiasts, innovator, radicalist, change seeker ~ self-explanatory - fullstop.

r u o f.. riding the popularity wave of the trending #hashtag they are the opportunists, feels like they ought to be slapped sometimes

ee r h t... let's join the crowd #hashtag what the heck, just play along type of tweeple

o w t... f a ns, f a n a t i cs, f a n c l u bs, d i e h a r d f a ns they are the creator of  #hashtag i rest my case. no stopping them when the call came

E N O... did you tweet your heart out to the world out there? and you don't care if nobody listens or if nobody pay attention? Simple #hashtag Pure, might be Bland at times yet very True straight from the bottom of your Heart.

** the above is coming from my observation and self research. thank you for reading, please do comment if you have something to say

Ramadhan Bonus

I would like to dedicate this post to my dear hubby; this event is a Ramadan bonus for you, he said.

"Setiap langkah ke majlis ilmu, menghapuskan satu dosa kecil. Bertamu di majlis ilmu umpama hadir ke taman syurga."

We went for iftar in USJ Taipan as he wanted to perform tarawih in Masjid Al Falah. Personally, we love this mosque because the ambiance reminded us of Masjid Nabawi, plus the imam has a beautiful voice (ehmm quite good looking young chap). Coincidentally, the mosque announced a morning tazkirah and salah tasbih to be lead by the honorable Dr. Fatma Azzahra the next day.

'Rasulullah (sallallahu `alayhi wasallam once said to his uncle Hadrat `Abbas (r.a.) : O Abbas!O my uncle! Shall I not give you a gift? Shall I not show you something by means of which Allah Ta`ala will forgive your sins, the first and the last of them, the past and recent, the unintentional and the intentional, the small and huge, the secret and open?
The tasbih is recited seventy-five times in each rak`ah totalling 300 in the 4 raka`at.

Rasulullah (sallallahu `alayhi wasallam) then taught him the Salah al-Tasbih. Furthermore he advised him that it be offered daily, if possible. If not then every Friday or once a month or once a  year or at least once in one's life time'.
Sharing my pics here ;)

To those who missed Masjid Nabawi, I urged you to visit Masjid Al Falah. Boleh menyentap rasa rindu..

This is my first face-to-face meet with Dr. Fatma. Seen her on tv, listen to her on radio, browse her on the net, jazakallahu khair, may Allah bless you for being our guiding light. Dr. Fatma led the all-female prayer of about 100++ of us young and senior ladies. My inner soul was touched, I believed others too when she shed tears throughout the salah and during the dua. Dear Allah, we repent and we truly seek forgiveness for all our sins and wrong-doings. May Allah the all-merciful accept our prayer, amen.

The Rising of Apes 2011

Hey, hey, if you are so into the sequel of Planet of the Apes 2001 starring Mark Wahlberg and Helena Bonham Carter, you will have to wait for the next one. This Rising movie tells the beginning, the evolution of an intelligent ape called Caesar and his father/creator, the renown James Franco.

Do not miss this movie but do curb your expectation :)

5 REASONS why you should catch this movie:

FIVE. All-Star Apes have joined the cast! - the chimps, the orangutans, the mighty
gorillas and a cute baby ape

FOUR. Ohh.. Draco Malfoy of Harry Potter joined the team as the nasty
APE-keeper; he was last seen electrocuted to death by the apes. RIP, he is definitely
not the fortunate soul in this movie

THREE. The freshies A-list cast of James Franco and Freida Pinto is a good combo though somehow lacking chemistry between them.

TWO. The CGI effect is commendable that you can hardly tell the difference, really! Imagine the Gollum of LOTR has turned into a mighty ape.

ONE. Whoaaa! Finally, a real talking ape with a vengeance in his eyes when he stares is a must-see! for those who love Ape movies

Regardlessly, we heart you James Franco :)

Ketika Bulan Hampir

Kononnya indah malam terlihat bila bulan dipagar bintang.
Kononnya si bulan itu selalu hampir menjenguk sang bumi setiap 18 tahun.
Bagai sebuah hikayat ..
Umpama kisah penglipur lara ..

Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Berkuasa.

By the sun and its morning glow
By the moon that follows in its wake
By the day when it shows its glory
By the night when it conceals the light
By the sky and He who made it.

Demi siang hari bila menampakkan dirinya
Demi malam apabila ia menutupi
Demi langit berserta seluruh binaannya

Demi bumi serta yang ada di hamparannya

Demi jiwa dan seluruh penyempurnaannya

Beruntung bagi yang mensucikannya
Merugi bagi yang mengotorinya.. Subhanallah

Journey to 101

I like Jules Verne for writing 'Journey to the centre of the Earth'
Read it when I was 10-11, since then life has been a hopeful, amazing, bitter and sweet journey.

I like humming 'The Climb' sang by Miley Cyrus. Because it is not about what's waiting over the other side but it's the climb, the journey, from baby steps to big leaps, marching forward and sometimes looking back to prevent a fall. A stumble could stop a big fall. So a stumble is okay. A fall, never take it too hard, I believe will make you stronger.

Oh gosh, what was I rambling about? I was just saying that I like my Twitter journey to 101 (followers), I appreciate each and everyone of them, and I am looking forward to more. Last but not least, thank you Twitter for making me feel like a celeb... heheheh

Sweet Deception

Sugar and spice
and everything nice
that's what little girls are made of
**chuckle**

Today I have a little note about sugar, sweets, candies, macaroons, baklava, halwa, white sugar, brown sugar, organic sugar and all that.

Cotton candyphoto © 2008 Luis Argerich | more info (via: Wylio)
1. Sugar contains no nutritive value -no fibre, no vitamins, no enzymes, no minerals ~ ONLY empty calories

2. To burn the calories, our body has to 'borrow' vital nutrients from its store to metabolise sugar

3. Overconsumption of sugar causes acidic body

4. Cancer cells feed on sugar. DO NOT feed cancer cells.

Therefore, less is good!

Oh fyi, the pic above is just a teaser :P

Pejabat Hebat

Hebatnya ruang rehat mereka! Tahu tak??

1. Ada meja snooker
2. Ada meja foosball

Api cemburu menyala, cepat-cepat saya padamkan.

Taman Rama-rama pernah jenguk, Taman Tugu Negara dah sampai, Taman Burung nampak menarik.. alamak mahal pulak RM20 satu kepala. "Mari kita harung ajelah." Selepas parkir kereta di hadapan Taman Burung, kamipun mula mengukur jalan. Nama aje orang KL, jejak Tasik Perdana setahun sekalipun susah.

Masuk percuma pulak tu .. he he.

Lain kali saya pasti datang lagi!

Con Again, Now and Then

Hullo! Here I am again, a lazy bum updating my blog.. sheesh! But you should follow my tweet, really, I did make an effort :)

So many things done, I have plenty of pics, just didnt get the time to upload and put them into this blog.

Let's see, yes, first, I was conned by an innocent looking cab-driver (pakcik tu pakai kopiah tau!) when he clicked something at the meter and suddenly it jumped from $6.50 to $8.60, really!! And could you believe that the taxi fare cost $9 from Mid Valley to KL Hilton (no, no traffic at all). Since I was late and did not want to create a fuss, I paid and rushed out.
Oh pakcik, semoga Allah berikan hidayah kepada mu, amin.

Second, I finally boarded the Ladies Only coach of KTM Komuter, ha ha what an achievement **big grin**

Yes, there was a man, not a local, Indian or Bangladeshi or Myanmar, I couldn't tell, he boarded the ladies coach. I was sure he could read the sign but it was purely ignorance. One good thing leads to another, there were talks in January 2011 by the women's ministry about providing public bus for ladies only. Way to go, Malaysia!

Hope I get to see more changes in this country for the better soon. Are you with me?? :)

Underwear equals Attitude??

A woman’s underwear affects her attitude

A NEW poll, which is featured in the January 2011 issue of ShopSmart
magazine from the publisher of Consumer Reports, finds that one in four women has their mood affected by wearing an ugly or ill-fitting pair of underwear.

The US nationwide poll found that nearly half of women (47%) feel sexier or more confident wearing a nice or special pair of skivvies. What’s more, nearly one-quarter of women (21%) vary their underwear selection depending on their mood and 12% feel it is an important part of their outfit. "What you wear under your clothes is just as important-maybe even more-as what you wear on the outside," said Lisa Lee Freeman, editor-in-chief of ShopSmart.

Another major finding from the poll, which surveyed 1,008 women aged 18 and older, is that the colour of underwear is dependent upon the age of the wearer. Women between the ages of 18 and 34 are more adventurous with their colour choices: More than one-third (35%) indicated a colour, not a neutral, as their favourite pair and 12% chose a print. Meanwhile, almost two-thirds (65%) of all women stick to neutral colours, with white (29%) most popular followed by black (21%) and beige (15%). Green came in dead last (1%).

In terms of preferred underwear styles, nearly half of women (46%) cite the brief as the underwear style they wear most often, though women age 18 to 34 skew toward the bikini style. When it comes to quantity, the poll found that on average, women own 21 pairs of underwear and 10% own 35 pairs or more.
Last but not least, one in 10 women admit they will venture out of the house without underwear on at all. This, in some cases, might be the better option for the one-quarter of women who have a pair of underwear they would be embarrassed for someone else to see. - AFP Relaxnews

Nasib baik kajian dibuat di AS, kalau di Malaysia?? :D
